4. The size of the elasticity of the rubber pot can be adjusted by the nut of the locking spring behind the rubber pot, rotating clockwise, the elasticity increases, and vice versa, the elasticity decreases.
5. Auto Edge Banding Machine is too close to the front, it is easy to damage the workpiece and equipment when the workpiece hits the pot; the front end has no glue or has glue but the bonding is not good; the pot is too close to the back, it is easy to have less glue for the whole workpiece or even no glue and the bonding is not good, resulting in rework. The elasticity is too large, easy to cause the front end has glue but bad bonding and the back end is normal or the front end of the workpiece chamfering phenomenon, sometimes there will also be sealed workpiece has honeycomb eye phenomenon.
6. If the elasticity is too small, the glue on the workpiece will be too little or even no glue. The glue return hole should be kept clear at all times, otherwise the lower mouth of the workpiece will be dirty and affect the quality, and the glue will also be attached to the conveyor belt and the travel switch, causing the travel switch to malfunction and damage the workpiece and the equipment.
The outside of the glue pot through the Auto Edge Banding Machine is too dirty, which will affect the appearance in the first place. If the upper part of the pot is too dirty and dirt is formed after a long period of high temperature, the pot will not return when sealing the workpiece and affect the quality of the sealing edge.
