Polishing wheel
There is a degree of polishing wheel adjustment, according to the experienced workers of edge banding machine manufacturers; generally, the lower surface of the polishing wheel is lower than the upper surface of the plate by three to five millimeters more. Specific details of polishing wheel adjustment are as follows. Firstly, use the six-millimeter Allen wrench to loosen the two M8 screws, and then move the motor in and out by hand to a suitable position for the next operation.
Next, use the fishtail handle to adjust the motor so that when rotated clockwise, the motor moves down and vice versa. After adjusting the motor, tighten the M8 screw. It should be noted that when adjusting here, the motor should not move downward too much. Otherwise, the front end of the plate will easily lose its edges and cause wear and tear, but at the same time, it should not move upward too much. Otherwise, it will affect the polishing effect and the plates quality.
